We are delighted to be playing a vital role in the ECITB / Altrad Trainee Maintenance Operative programme.
This 16 week programme, funded by UK Government, includes a raft of training and recognised awards designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for these, carefully selected, individuals to embark on careers with Altrad.
Working closely with Pembrokeshire College, a key stakeholder in the programme, we are delivering 8 days of training consisting of a range of ECIB PEP awards plus the CCNSG Site Safety Passport.
Those who successfully complete the 16 week package will go on to be employed by Altrad on the Valero Refinery, Pembroke.
