If you are a member of the public we ask for payment in advance of your course because it is easier to take it at the time of booking as opposed to when we have a large amount of people to sign in on the morning of your course. Additionally, experience has taught us that many who say they will pay on the day do not turn up.
If you a company or organisation booking training with us for the first time then as part of our Accounts procedure we will ask you to pay for your first few orders in advance of the training course. Payment can be made by card or by BACS. Once this process has been completed and assuming there are no other issues impacting your credit score then any future bookings can be invoiced under our standard terms.
